See what your access actually costs.
Your register already knows every seat, grant, and renewal. Insights turns it into a clear read on spend and access, run-rate and recoverable cost on one side, where access concentrates on the other.

Insights is the analytics layer over the register you already keep. On the spend side it reads each tool’s seat types and their prices to show run-rate, what each tool and team costs, and the spend you could recover from idle seats. On the access side it shows where access concentrates and what’s gone stale.
Nothing new to wire up, it’s built entirely from the tools, seats, and grants already on your record.
Spend you can actually see
Monthly run-rate, cost per tool, team, and seat, and the recoverable spend sitting in idle or duplicated seats, with a renewal cash calendar so an auto-renew never surprises you. Costs are summed from each tool’s own seat types, so a tool selling three tiers is priced as three tiers rather than an average. Spend analytics are on Business and up.
Where access concentrates
See who holds the most access, which grants have gone unused, and how utilised each tool is, the access-governance picture an auditor probes, read straight off the register. Access insights are on Pro and up.
Built for understanding, not a queue
An interactive canvas, slice by category, tool, department, or person, as a trend or a bar, with a detail page behind every headline number. It’s there to help you decide, then act in the register.
Analytics from data you already keep
Most SaaS-spend and access-analytics tools start with a fresh integration project, connect every system, wait for data to accumulate, keep the connectors alive. Insights skips all of it: it reads the register you already maintain, so the moment you’ve cataloged your tools and their seat costs, the numbers are there. Spend is computed in your base currency, with renewals derived from each license’s commissioning date and term.
The two halves gate independently, matching how teams grow into them: access insights (concentration, utilisation, stale access) unlock on Pro and up, and spend insights (run-rate, recoverable cost, renewal forecasting) unlock on Business and up. Both are admin-only.
Where a number cannot be known, Driply says so rather than filling the gap. A grant with no seat recorded is reported as a gap instead of being charged at a guessed rate, and a price whose billing cycle nobody set is reported as unestimable instead of quietly counted as monthly. A figure you can hand to finance has to be one you can defend.
As everywhere in Driply, insights observe. They don’t act. The analytics read your record and surface what to do; you and your tool owners make the actual change. It’s the understanding layer on top of the system of record, not a provisioning engine.
The result, The cost and concentration of your access, in plain sight, from data you were already keeping.
Questions, answered.
- What can Driply’s insights tell me?
- Two things: spend, run-rate, cost per tool/team/seat, recoverable spend from idle seats, and a renewal forecast, and access, where access concentrates, what’s unused or stale, and how utilised each tool is.
- Where does the data come from?
- Entirely from your own register, the tools, license costs, seats, and grants you already keep in Driply. There’s no separate integration to set up, and no write-access into your tools.
- Which plans include insights?
- Access insights are available on Pro and up; spend and cost analytics are on Business and up. Both are admin-only.
- Is this a full SaaS spend-management tool?
- It’s the spend and access analytics that sit on your access register, run-rate, recoverable spend, and renewals included. It documents and surfaces; it doesn’t connect to billing systems or cancel subscriptions for you.
